We are pleased to announce the release of the newly updated edition of the Practicing Law Institute (PLI) Medical Devices Law and Regulation Answer Book (Tenth Edition). KKB Partner Suzan Onel conceived and co-edited the treatise as well as authored multiple chapters. KKB Partners KS Reagan, Will Woodlee, Daniel Logan, Samantha Hong, and associates Justine Lenehan and Helen Ryan are also contributing authors.
The PLI book provides a comprehensive and highly accessible practical guide to the complexities of FDA regulation of medical devices as well as important related topics not commonly found in surveys of the field, in Q and A format. In conjunction with over two dozen experts from various law firms and consulting firms specializing in different aspects of medical device work, KKB is proud to have helped spearhead this publication.
