We are pleased to share the news that the Practicing Law Institute (PLI) has released its 2023 updated and expanded edition of the Medical Devices Law and Regulation Answer Book, which is now in its 10th year in print. KKB Partner Suzan Onel conceived and co-edited the treatise as well as authored multiple chapters. KKB Partners Kinsey Reagan, Will Woodlee, Jacqueline Chan, and associate, T. Daniel Logan are also contributing authors. The PLI book provides in Q and A format a comprehensive and highly accessible practical guide to the complexities of FDA regulation of medical devices as well as important related topics not commonly found in surveys of the field. With over 30 contributors from a variety of law firms and consulting firms that specialize in different aspects of medical device work, KKB is proud to have helped spearhead this publication.
