The Food and Drug Law Institute recently published the latest annual installment of its popular “top cases” publication, Top Food and Drug Cases, 2017 & Cases to Watch, 2018 (August T. Horvath ed., 2018). KKB partners Stacy Ehrlich and Will Woodlee co-authored a chapter on the 2017 U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia decision in Nicopure Labs v FDA, which upheld the Agency’s 2016 tobacco deeming regulation against challenges brought by members of the electronic nicotine delivery system industry. KKB associate Jacqueline J. Chan authored a chapter describing significant settlements that occurred in 2017.
