KKB Attorney Samantha Hong will be presenting at the Food and Drug Law Institute (FDLI)’s Introduction to Medical Device Law and Regulation course on August 19, 2021, as part of an FDA in-house training program for personnel at FDA’s Center for Devices and Radiological Health. Samantha’s presentation will focus on FDA regulation of clinical investigations and the protection of human subjects.
