Overview
With a focus on FDA law, Rebecca Bermudez provides down-to-earth advice to clients on regulatory matters before the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as well as other related federal, state, and local agencies. She has particular experience advising clients in the food, dietary supplement, tobacco, and cannabis industries.
Before joining Kleinfeld, Kaplan & Becker LLP, Rebecca worked as a food and drug associate at a mid-size firm in Washington, D.C. At this firm, she assisted clients with domestic and international regulatory matters regarding food packaging products and materials. During law school, Rebecca interned with both the U.S. Department of Justice and the Center for Agriculture and Food Systems.
Rebecca is a member of District of Columbia LGBTQ+ Bar Association, Hispanic Bar Association of the District of Columbia, and Hermandad de Sigma Iota Alpha, Inc.
